Toh Ban Seng Contractor Pte Ltd and Ban Tiong Soon Contractor Pte Ltd have been in the piping industry for close to 30 years since 1984. Both companies provide pipe inspection, cleaning, repair, rehabilitation, laying and diversion services to both the public and private sectors and is currently one of the leaders in the Sewer Pipe Rehabilitation and Repair Industry, capable of carrying out both traditional open excavation, as well as trenchless repair work.

In June 2013, Toh Ban Seng Contractor Pte Ltd and Ban Tiong Soon Contractor Pte Ltd were wholly acquired by Singapore Analabs Pte Ltd (SAPL), of which 63% equity interest being held by Cleanway Disposal Services Pte Ltd and remaining 37% held by Wan Meiyi, a director and the other shareholder of SAPL.

Cleanway Disposal Services Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Analab Resources Berhad, a listed company in Bursa Malaysia. This acquisition will allow Toh Ban Seng Contractor Pte Ltd and Ban Tiong Soon Pte Ltd to strategically reach out to new business opportunities that are in synergy with our current pipe laying and rehabilitation industry.

With the current strength of more than 100 employees and a variety of specialized equipment, the Companies were able to achieve competitive advantage. The Companies have invested in trenchless technology equipments to provide a diversified range of services to cater to the industry needs. The equipment procured has given us an edge over our competitors as a one-stop solutions provider with less disruptive and more efficient construction methods.

Toh Ban Seng (TBS) and Ban Tiong Soon (BTS) are both registered under the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), with tendering limits for government projects up to S$13 Million and S$6.5 Million, and Licensed Builders Class 1 and 2 respectively. The Companies have also been registered under Public Utilities Board (PUB) as one of the fourteen contractors approved to carry out Sewer Rehabilitation work in Singapore. We have attained our ISO certification, ISO 9001 Quality Management System certification, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems and BizSafe Star for both Companies.
