Raising of Manholes When manholes get buried during road reconstruction and during the development of buildings. Raising a manhole is essential as it serves as an access to rehabilitate and maintain the pipelines.

Lowering of Manholes As buildings/ structures change over time, the ground level is changing as well. When the ground is lowered, existing manholes located around the lowered ground will have to be lowered in order to ensure that the manhole is flushed to the new ground level. This is done to provide a safer and less obstructive surrounding for motorists and pedestrians.
